Ready Made Marketer, usually shortened to RMM, is an all-in-one marketing platform for coaches, consultants, course creators and membership owners.

It brings the main parts of a customer journey into one connected system, with practical UK-based support to help coaches set it up and use it.

What can you manage in RMM?

    RMM can be used for:

    • Websites, blogs and landing pages
    • Forms, surveys and lead magnets
    • Contact management and CRM pipelines
    • Email marketing and automated workflows
    • Appointment calendars and reminders
    • Sales pages, funnels and payments
    • Courses, memberships and communities
    • Social scheduling across currently supported platforms
    • AI-assisted content and asset creation

RMM includes unlimited everything in the system with no gatekeeping for £79 a month or £790 a year, including VAT. You get 10,000 emails free every month; after that, additional sends are around $10 (approximately £7.70) per 10,000 emails. Some advanced features such as AI carry a small usage-based charge. You can explore RMM pricing on our main site.

Is RMM the same as HighLevel?

RMM is powered by HighLevel technology, but it isn’t the same buying experience as taking a direct HighLevel agency subscription.

HighLevel was originally built with agencies and multi-account management in mind. RMM provides access through its own branded environment for an individual business, then adds templates, training, community and support from Sam and Steve. If you'd rather go direct, you can start a 14-day HighLevel trial and set everything up yourself.

The underlying technology is important, but so is the help turning it into a working system for your business.

    Who is RMM best for?

RMM is likely to suit you if:

    • You’re paying for several tools that don’t connect well.
    • Leads are being lost because follow-up depends on memory.
    • You want your website, email, bookings and customer data together.
    • You sell services, courses, memberships or digital products.
    • You want automation but aren’t confident setting it up alone.
    • You value practical support rather than software access only.

It may be more than you need if you only want to send a very occasional newsletter or host one simple course and have no need for CRM, funnels, bookings or automation.

    What does RMM cost?

RMM (HL/RMM) is built on the HighLevel core and includes unlimited everything in the system with no gatekeeping for £79 per month or £790 per year, including VAT. Paying yearly saves £158 compared with 12 monthly payments. Using the exchange rate checked on 17 August 2026, that is approximately $107.05 per month or $1,070.46 per year. RMM gives you 10,000 emails free every month; after that, additional sends are around $10 (approximately £7.70) per 10,000 emails. Some advanced features such as AI carry a small usage-based charge. You can explore RMM pricing on our main site.

When comparing RMM with another platform, include the tools it could replace, any usage charges and the support you would otherwise need to buy or provide yourself.

What have customers used it for?

RMM customers have reported building websites, moving mailing lists, creating funnels, running memberships, connecting payments, automating onboarding, tracking enquiries and creating quiz follow-up (reported experiences, individual outcomes).

Hayley Wardman created a website in just over two weeks after struggling with the project elsewhere for four years. Rachna Stear reported creating a website and four funnels and moving her mailing list within a few weeks. Wendy Rogers automated membership payment and onboarding. These are individual experiences, not promised timelines.

    The simplest way to decide

List what your current tools do and where the customer journey breaks. Then compare that with what RMM would replace and what help you’ll need during the move.
