Ready Made Marketer can replace a substantial collection of business software, but that doesn’t automatically make it the right choice for everybody.
Whether RMM is worth it depends on the customer journey you need to run, the tools you currently pay for and how much support you need to get the system working.
What RMM does well
RMM brings websites, CRM, email, funnels, calendars, payments, courses, memberships, communities and automation into one HighLevel-powered platform.
The strongest advantage is connection. A form can create or update a contact, apply information, trigger follow-up and move an enquiry into a pipeline. A payment can lead into onboarding and access. A booking can create confirmations and reminders.
RMM also adds UK-based support, templates, training and a customer community. That is a meaningful difference for users who don’t want to buy powerful software and work out every implementation decision alone.
Where RMM may not be the best fit
RMM has a broad set of tools, so the interface can take time to learn. If you only need a basic email newsletter, a single booking page or a simple course library, a smaller specialist tool may be cheaper and easier.
Course creators who place the most importance on a highly polished learning experience may prefer a platform built primarily around courses. Businesses with a very simple funnel may find a lighter platform sufficient.
The platform should be chosen because you need the connected journey, not because you want the longest possible feature list. If you're comfortable setting up HighLevel independently, you can start a 14-day HighLevel trial to explore the raw platform.
What customers say
Customer feedback consistently mentions three themes:
- Bringing tools together. Shelley Wipper uses email, automation, CRM, landing pages, funnels and membership management in one place.
- Completing delayed projects. Hayley Wardman built her website after years of struggling elsewhere, while Rachna Stear built a website and four funnels and migrated her list.
- Getting practical help. Kelly-anne Riley Smith, Sarah Broadbent, Tracy Fishburn, Sandra Harnett and others highlighted step-by-step support, recordings and clear answers.
Customers have also reported cancelling tools such as ActiveCampaign, SamCart, MemberVault, Mailchimp, Acuity and TeamUp. Those were their own subscriptions and circumstances, not a guarantee that RMM will replace every tool in another business.
The price question
RMM (HL/RMM) is built on the HighLevel core and includes unlimited everything in the system with no gatekeeping for £79 per month or £790 per year, including VAT. The annual plan saves £158, which is the equivalent of two monthly payments. At the exchange rate checked on 17 August 2026, that is approximately $107.05 per month or $1,070.46 per year. RMM gives you 10,000 emails free every month; after that, additional sends are around $10 (approximately £7.70) per 10,000 emails. Some advanced features such as AI carry a small usage-based charge. You can compare RMM pricing options directly.
Compare the annual cost with your full current stack, not one isolated subscription. Include contact and email allowances, transaction or usage charges, integrations and the value of implementation support.
Our verdict
RMM is most likely to be worth it for a coach, consultant, creator or small business that needs several connected marketing and delivery tools and wants help using them.
It’s less compelling for somebody with one very simple requirement or an established specialist stack that already works reliably.
The best test is practical. Choose one customer journey that currently causes friction and see whether RMM can connect it more clearly.
