Shelley Wipper’s business, The Vintage Hen & Chick, isn’t built around one simple offer.
She teaches thrift flips and vintage-inspired decorating, sells paints, transfers and project supplies, creates printable designs and runs The Paper Nest Collective membership community.
That mix needs more than a basic website or email tool.
The parts Shelley uses most
Shelley said RMM had helped across the business through:
- Email marketing
- Automations
- CRM
- Landing pages
- Funnels
- Membership community management
Her most-used features included automation, email marketing and the funnel builder.
‘What I love most is that they’re all housed in one place, no jumping between multiple platforms to get things done.’
For a business with physical products, digital resources, tutorials and recurring membership content, that joined-up structure is useful. A customer can discover the brand, enter through a landing page, receive follow-up and become part of a longer customer journey without every stage depending on a separate system.
Reviewing the cost of the old stack
Shelley reported cancelling SamCart, which had cost her $79 a month at the time, plus another $49 platform and a $19.95 add-on. She said RMM replaced those tools and gave her access to stronger features for her needs.
That is Shelley’s historic experience and not a universal price comparison. Software prices and plans change. It does show why businesses should add up the full cost of their stack, including small add-ons that are easily forgotten. You can view current RMM pricing to check your total investment.
Support completed the picture
Shelley didn’t only mention features. She described Steve as providing helpful answers through live support and the RMM community, making sure users weren’t left without a resource when questions arose.
That combination matters. A platform can contain every tool you need and still deliver no value if you can’t get the customer journey built.
The question to ask about your own business
Look at your website, email, checkout, CRM, funnels and membership. Can you see one connected route through them, or are you manually moving information and hoping the pieces continue to talk to one another?
