Sandra Probert described her starting point in terms many coaches will recognise: multiple tools, constant overwhelm and the feeling that she was never quite on top of everything.
Her work with RMM was not a single quick fix. She gradually brought her website, membership, booking system, email, payments, contacts and social planning into a more connected setup.
‘Now everything is in one place... and I finally feel in control of my business instead of my business controlling me.’
Replacing tools was only part of the change
Sandra reported cancelling Zoom and MemberVault after moving relevant work elsewhere. She also described saving money by reviewing other subscriptions. Those savings were personal to her setup and shouldn’t be treated as a universal calculation.
The bigger change was visibility. Sandra could log and track potential clients, review activity and see what was working rather than relying on memory and scattered information.
The results she recorded
In customer feedback shared after setting up her system and marketing, Sandra reported (individual experience, reported by the customer):
- 4,035 Facebook profile views in 28 days, up 16.9%
- 512 Facebook Group members and a 125% increase in engagement
- 2,749 Instagram views, with almost 60% from non-followers
- Organic follower growth on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Two new clients
These are Sandra’s reported figures from a particular period. They don’t prove that software alone caused every result. Her content, consistency, audience, offers and use of strategy were also part of the work.
What RMM gave her was the system underneath that activity: website hosting, lead magnets, newsletters, coaching funnels, booking, calendars, contacts, payments and a place to track opportunities. Feel free to see what RMM includes for your own business stack.
The practical lesson
Marketing activity is easier to evaluate when the journey is connected. If a person sees a post, downloads a resource, joins the email list, books and buys, a connected system can retain more of that context.
That makes the next decision less dependent on guesswork.
Sandra later said RMM had become an integral part of her business and invited people to ask her for an honest view of how it was helping. That matters because the strongest recommendation isn’t ‘this has lots of features’. It’s ‘I now know how my business fits together’.
